Hi - Thanks for dropping by.  My name is Shannon and I created Cinch back in 2012 because I have a passion for finding ways to make life easier, quicker and less expensive for small business owners while helping them to get the information they need to make their dreams come true.

I have a joint degree in Commerce and Business with a double major in Accounting and Management.  I'm a registered BAS Agent and a proud member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers.  I am a partner with Xero (Silver), Quickbooks Online (Platinum Advanced Certified Pro Advisor), MYOB, Reckon, Deputy, Kounta and a few more as I believe there is no single program that suits all businesses.

My dream for Cinch is to grow the business so that all small business owners that need help can get it in a way that is affordable and manageable.  In the next year I'd like to start running bootcamps for new and growing SME's, expand our reporting and training to our existing clients and maybe sneak in a holiday or two!

I love travelling, spending time with our many nieces and nephews and god-children and playing Harry Potter Trivia. 

Hi, my name is Faye and I'm a Certified Quickbooks & Xero bookkeeping "guru".  I've been a Registered BAS Agent since 2016 and have worked in the financial sector for most of my working life, but dabbled in Motel Management and Property Management when I wasn't already busy being a mum to a beautiful daughter.

I joined the team at Cinch in late 2016, having had prior expereience using Reckon, MYOB and tailored accounting and payroll software for small to large businesses.  Before relocating from NZ to Australia in 2007, I also gained valuable experience in Occupational Health & Safety.  I'm hoping that in the near future, I can expand my skills to include Human Resource Management.

My Husband, daughter and I are "sporty" types, always trying to keep fit and active and we enjoy travelling.  When I'm not busy with work & fitness, I'm quite happy to relax with a good book. 

 

I really enjoy working with my clients and I enjoy the diversity with the various industries my clients are from.  I like to see their businesses run efficiently and I am always happy to give them a helping hand with understanding their accounting software and providing training where needed.  

Hi, my name is Amanda.  I've been with Cinch since 2014 when the office doors first opened on Woolcock St.

I've been using MYOB for many years but spend most of my days in Quickbooks Online.  I have a lifetime of industrial and construction bookkeeping experience as well as retail businesses but also have experience in the medical industry as well. 

​

My clients know me as well as I know their business and know I'm always there to listen.  My weapon of choice for naughty clients who don't bring in their paperwork is a feather duster! 

​

When I'm not working, I'm taking care of my husband, kids and grand-kids and love a nice glass of white wine on a Friday evening.
